Welcome!
After 22 years in the military it was time for a change, one that followed a passion for wine and creating something to enjoy and share with others. Using the GI Bill, Jason (our winemaker) graduated from Allan Hancock College, in Santa Maria California, with degrees in wine making and grape growing and spent several years learning all aspects of wine making from large to small. Now he specializes in small batch, quality rosés and reds. Our wines feature grapes sourced from vineyards throughout Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
One of the lessons learned in the military was helping people where ever in the world. Rockets Red Wines gives back to the community every year, from veterans in need to small town school students struggling during a pandemic.
Our wines
My Military career provided inspiration for our rocket launch themed labels, after 22 years I was ready for sunshine & some wine! We focus on Rosé and limited red, sparkling production.
